By accessing or using Voicesnaps AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not create an account, upload content, purchase credits, or use the service.

These Terms apply to visitors, account holders, personal users, business users, and anyone who accesses the website or related services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Voicesnaps AI provides tools for text-to-speech generation, voice cloning, multilingual voice output, project history, audio downloads, and related content production workflows.

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure and providers for payments, storage, authentication, databases, AI processing, hosting, and delivery. Service availability may depend on those providers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login details secure.

You must not share account access in a way that avoids usage limits, billing rules, or security controls.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should stop using the account and contact support as soon as possible.

Personal-use credit packs are intended for individual creators using Voicesnaps AI for their own content projects.

Business plans are intended for teams, organizations, agencies, companies, and higher-volume commercial workflows.

You agree to choose a plan that fits your actual use. Voicesnaps AI may limit, suspend, or require plan changes if usage appears inconsistent with the selected plan.

Credits are used to access voice generation features. Credit usage may vary depending on the length, type, processing requirements, or features used for a generation.

Paid purchases may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider. By purchasing credits or a plan, you also agree to the applicable payment provider terms.

Prices, credit amounts, features, and plan availability may change over time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Credits are not cash, currency, or stored value. They may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for money unless required by law or expressly stated by Voicesnaps AI.

Refund eligibility may depend on whether credits have been used, whether a payment was accidental, whether there was a technical failure, and the rules of the payment provider.

Voicesnaps AI may refuse refunds for used credits, abusive purchase behavior, repeated refund requests, violations of these Terms, or completed services, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or appears fraudulent, Voicesnaps AI may pause credits, limit access, or suspend the account while the issue is reviewed.

You may only upload, clone, imitate, or generate a voice if you own the voice recording, created it yourself, or have clear permission from the person or rights holder.

You must not clone a person's voice without consent, including celebrities, public figures, private individuals, employees, customers, children, or any person who has not authorized that use.

You are responsible for keeping evidence of consent where required. Voicesnaps AI may request confirmation of rights or remove content if misuse is suspected.

You remain responsible for the scripts, prompts, files, voice samples, and other materials you upload or submit.

Subject to these Terms, you may use generated audio for lawful personal or commercial projects according to your selected plan and applicable rights.

Voicesnaps AI does not guarantee that generated output will be unique, error-free, suitable for every purpose, or free from similarity to other generated or existing content.

You grant Voicesnaps AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, store, display, and deliver your content and generated outputs for operating the service.

You must not use Voicesnaps AI to create illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, sexually abusive, or fraudulent content.

You must not use generated voices for scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, misinformation, fake endorsements, unauthorized political persuasion, blackmail, threats, or evading detection.

You must not violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, data protection, employment, consumer protection, or platform rules that apply to your content.

You must not interfere with the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, overload it, bypass usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Voicesnaps AI may store scripts, uploaded voice files, generated audio, account details, credit records, and project history so the service can provide generation, downloads, billing, and account features.

You should not upload confidential, regulated, sensitive, or legally restricted content unless you have the right to do so and accept the risks of processing that content through an AI service.

The service may use cloud hosting, storage, database, authentication, AI processing, and payment providers to operate the product.

Voicesnaps AI may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, provider outages, network issues, rate limits, security reviews, model changes, or technical failures.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. Voicesnaps AI may update models, voices, languages, pricing, credit rules, and plan benefits over time.

Voicesnaps AI may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse voice cloning, create harmful content, abuse billing systems, threaten security, or create legal risk.

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to projects, credits, generated audio, or account features.

Voicesnaps AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may produce unexpected, inaccurate, low-quality, interrupted, or unsuitable output.

You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before publishing or using it. Voicesnaps AI does not provide legal, financial, professional, or compliance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicesnaps AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, reputational, business-interruption, data-loss, or misuse-related damages.

Your use of generated content, voice cloning, published audio, and third-party platforms is your responsibility.

Voicesnaps AI may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, billing changes, safety requirements, or operational needs.

Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
