Refund rules for Voicesnaps AI purchases.

This Policy explains when refunds may be reviewed, when credits may be restored, and how billing disputes are handled.

This Refund Policy is a practical product draft and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch, especially because refund rights can vary by country, product type, and payment provider rules.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how Voicesnaps AI handles refund requests for personal credit packs, business plans, failed payments, duplicate charges, and technical generation issues.

By purchasing credits or a plan, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and any applicable payment provider rules.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

2. General Refund Rule

Paid credits and plans are generally non-refundable once credits have been used, voice generation has started, or service access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Because Voicesnaps AI provides digital AI services, generated audio, voice processing, and account credit access may be considered delivered once used.

3. Accidental Purchases

If you made an accidental purchase, you may request a refund review within 7 days of purchase.

Accidental purchase refunds are only considered when the purchased credits have not been used and the account has not engaged in suspicious, abusive, or policy-violating activity.

Approval is not automatic. Voicesnaps AI may approve, partially approve, or deny the request depending on the purchase history, usage, and circumstances.

4. Used Credits

Used credits are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes credits used for text-to-speech generation, voice cloning, previews, retries, exports, or other paid processing features.

If you are unhappy with the creative style, tone, pronunciation, voice match, or subjective quality of generated output, that alone does not guarantee a refund.

5. Failed Generations and Platform Errors

If a generation fails because of a confirmed Voicesnaps AI platform error and credits were deducted, Voicesnaps AI may restore the affected credits to your account.

Credit restoration is usually the primary remedy for failed generations. Cash refunds for failed generations are not guaranteed.

Issues caused by poor input quality, unsupported scripts, user error, network interruption, policy violations, or third-party limitations may not qualify for credit restoration.

6. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact support with your account email, payment receipt, transaction ID, purchase date, and screenshots if available.

Confirmed duplicate charges may be refunded through the original payment method or handled through the payment provider.

7. Business Plans and Monthly Billing

Business plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may cancel before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.

Current billing periods are generally not refundable once access or credits have been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Unused monthly business plan credits may not roll over or be refunded unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.

8. Fraud, Unauthorized Payments, and Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact Voicesnaps AI support and your payment provider as soon as possible.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or reversed payments may cause account access, credits, downloads, or checkout features to be paused while the issue is reviewed.

Voicesnaps AI may deny refunds or suspend accounts connected to fraudulent activity, abuse, repeated disputes, or violations of our Terms.

9. Paddle and Payment Provider Processing

Payments and refunds may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider. Refund timing may depend on the payment method, bank, card network, country, and provider rules.

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days to appear on your statement. Voicesnaps AI does not control bank processing times.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact Voicesnaps AI support through the contact method provided in the app or website.

Include your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, plan or pack purchased, amount paid, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or error details.

Refund reviews may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and payment provider response time.

11. Abuse Prevention

Voicesnaps AI may deny refund requests that appear abusive, repetitive, dishonest, fraudulent, connected to policy violations, or intended to obtain free service access.

Accounts that repeatedly purchase, use credits, and request refunds may be restricted, suspended, or required to use a different billing arrangement.

12. Changes to This Policy

Voicesnaps AI may update this Refund Policy to reflect product changes, provider rules, legal requirements, pricing changes, or operational needs.

The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
